By signing up or otherwise using any of these Allegro services, you are entering into a binding contract with Allegro LLC. Your agreement with us includes these Terms and any additional terms that you agree to. In order to use the Allegro Service you must promise that any registration information that you submit to Allegro is true, accurate, and complete, and you agree to keep it that way at all times.
Occasionally we may make changes to the Agreements.
Ownership of files uploaded remain with the respective owner. Allegro simply provides a service to upload, store and distribute download links. Under no circumstances does Allegro own any user files.
Subscriptions allow you to upload, store and send download links to respective files. With each type of subscription comes a storage quota which cannot be exceeded. User has the option to ungrade or downgrade as needed. The month starts when buying the subscription and continues to renew unless canceled by the user. By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to our Subscription Policy: Allegro LLC will automatically continue your subscription after each month and charge the subscription fee to your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel. To cancel, go to "Manage Subscriptions" and click on “Cancel.” There are no refunds or credits for partial months. There are no refunds if you did not cancel on time.
A data retention policy, or records retention policy, is an organization‘s established protocol for retaining information for operational or regulatory compliance needs. It defines how long a company retains data before removing/deleting it from the system. Allegro will keep your files on the system (allegrotransfer.com) until either marked deleted or file expiration has been reached. Allegro will not keep any archives of removed files. Allegro will not be able to recover any removed files.
